my boss lady just bought a tanning salon...she takes over on the first of next month..she has saw some pendants i want to put bails on...and so forth.
and said she would make a space for some of them...if i would get off my butt and get some of them finished....and she even poked around a little with rock healing properties.
i havent looked into healing properties of rock yet....and she loves the wire wrapping done by the people here...ya i made her look ;D...i cant do it.
has anyone tried to sell peices in a space like a tanning salon...i know it cant hurt to try....just wondering.

Cool dude, I used to sell my wares under a staircase at Dirty Harry's in Key West. They let me be there, and I learned a lot. Go for it.

Lot's of people sell Turquoise Jewelry in Downtown Santa Fe Bars and Restaurants. Seems to be tolerated, maybe even encouraged. csroc

Tell Boss Lady to get the book "Love is in the Earth" A Kaleidoscope of Crystals by Melody. It will start her on the way to learning about healing crystals/rocks. It's an overall good book.

im going to get a few things made up...and show them here first...then put them in her little space for me she has said she would set aside....she is totally new to this tanning thing.
we run a machine shop together...and she's pretty good for a girl...(waits for a big ol hit on the head)..hahahaha ;D.
said she is going to get the massage person...and other things going in the same building...but also said buying a tanning salon at the beginning of november...may just do her in...well see...ideas are still welcome.

I think that would be a perfect place to sale you stuff. I would think that most of the customers would be women (I have no idea as I have never been to one) and women like jewlery.

CP- actually, she's not opening it in a bad part of the year. Summer is the worst. Kids going back to school & getting ready for proms/winter balls are going to keep her going, plus people trying not to lose their summer base tan.
