Started out yesterday with removing the rear tire from the chopper, having a new tire put on and re-installing. Then today "rockjunquie" came over with her husband and we cabbed and slabbed. I could do rocks all day but they had to go so I decided to work on the truck. I installed the transmission (it was on the floor along with the driveshaft) and drove it out of the garage a couple hours later. While it was outside, my wife scrubbed my floor for me! ;D Here's the truck, 1970 Chevy C-10 (pics taken today)

Dang!!! Look how clean and organized it is. Last time I saw it we could hardly walk through. You've been busy!
Bill wants to know if Cathy loans out cheap. He says we have an RV that needs to be waxed.

Nice truck Randy. My rock and home depot hauler rat rod is a 71 Long bed Cheyenne, nice to have something I can work on without having to remove several miles of wire and hose to see the engine.

She looks so sweet!! I can't believe you did that so fast! When we left around 2, the transmission was sitting on the floor. You are AWESOME!!

LOL, yep, I drove it out of the garage around 5:00. Getting the transmission in place only took 15 minutes, most of the time was hooking up everything else. I installed the exhaust today after I got home from work (40 series Flowmasters) hell yeah

where's all the picks, shovels, and other gear behind and under the seat and on the floor? I don't see a single rock? I used to replace the big sttel gauge, radio, and glove compartment plates with exotic wood; maybe you could find some rock slabs big enough ;D ;D

At one time I had the same pickup only with a fleet side box. Nothing like yours though. I was more into driving that fixing up. Loved that pickup though. 350 four bolt that would send up one hell of a cloud of smoke. Jim
