So red was the color of the day. It`s not all good cabbing stock but most of it will work. There is some really intense flames in a couple of them. Attachments:

Should be some nice cabs in there. Just smack the rest with a hammer and throw them in the tumbler.

These are all west Texas plume agates. The plumes hide in the black field really well. I haven`t cabbed any yet but hope they will stand out better after polishing. The rock shop I go to had stuck a load of rock back behind a trailer after someone with a lot of knowledge of rocks told them it was all crap. He later took a good long look at it. I paid about $2.50 lb.. He was elbow deep in the pile after seeing some samples of what he passed up. By then I had gotten many of the better ones. I knew some would be so pourous with voids that they would not be good cabbing rough but took the chance that the one perfect cab may be in the middle somewhere.

The treachery of the plumes. Voids and soft spots. Good luck, there's nice potential in those slabs.

They were at the old Kramer branch of Natures Treasures before they moved. A lot of stuff was tucked away out of sight by different workers over the years and I was there a lot visiting my friend as they got ready to move locations to I-35 store. So I was able to cull through whatever was unearthed as it was being sorted and packaged to move.
