Can you soak that doppy druzy one in nail polish remover for a bit and then scrub with a toothbrush? Or soak in denatured alchohol, should find it in the hardware store.
I really love the Fourth of July Butte. Boy, and that last one is so cool, you matched the pattern so perfectly. I really love seeing your work Ed. Jo

Ed, those are really great. Love the last two. The heart is fantastic and the secret door is great, looks a passage to another dimension.

That heart is amazing. Lined up perfectly. Usually I look to see the contrast between the sides of your hearts. I can't figure if these sides are exactly the same or total opposites Great work as usual- The cabs are gorgeous as well Bill

That first cab with the scene is really nice. The heart is also a beauty. Have you tried gluing two slabs together, double doming the preform and groove wrapping over the seam?

That an excellent idea and I have a heart in the works like that but 2 slabs glued together would make a low grind natural seam I think you'd get some interesting works Ed

Very cool, Ed! Can't find the one I like mostly, but this is the first picture stone I've seen you do and it came out great!!!!! I also love the secret door!!!! Dare I say it? Yeah, it's a real Sci-fi looking piece! The grooving came out great on these.... Now we just have to get you wrapping!
Stay Cool!

O me and wire wrapping
I think I could be pretty good at it but it take time and space and those are 2 things I lack maybe some day
1 thing at time and mastering the rock'n heart took me years- mostly
Interested to see how DD G&W progresses as my summer projects I'm just using inexpensive beading wire now I can see how the process can get very finicky if I start using good wires.
So for now I'll remain a backyard hobbyist polishing stones for the creative fun & to make new acquaintances
