Beautiful, rare, natural stone. It was said that this comes form Madagascar. I just gave it a simple wrap. I didn't want to obscure the facets. The woven bail is the only detail. This stone is semi translucent. It really glows with a peachy orange color. This was made with argentium. Thanks for looking  Attachments:

Love the simple elegance. Orange quartz is new to me. Bail is perfect for the piece!

Thank you! I give all the credit to the great stone. When I start cabbing, I'm gonna do some of those cuts. I got this from a superb seller on ebay, DeKoning Designs (DKD). They always have something nice and unusual. Sometimes, I'm even lucky enough to win. |

How do you like the argentium to work with, Tela? It really is a great compliment to the stone and looks gorgeous!

Thank you Cathy, I find argentium about the same as regular silver. I don't see too much difference, however I have gotten some 1/2h 1/2r from Rio that was very brittle. I think that was a bad batch, though. |
