This is a follow up from my Sultans Ruby thread in the cab section here: forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?board=ccabs&action=display&thread=53537Wrapped this one for a client today. It's in Argentium Sterling Silver. Although this was my favorite cab of the bunch, I'm hoping it's sold and glad to see it go to a good home. I did two more. One in Argentium Sterling Silver: And one in 14k Gold-Filled: Love the colors in these. Thanks for looking. Jo

Jo, those are beautiful! The colors in all of them are so pretty and the wrappings are gorgeous! That last one takes the heart, though! Nicely done!!! :-)

I thought I had de ja vue LOL! But, no these are the WRAPPED sultans. I love these! The stones are so pretty and the colors so delicately pastel that the silver looks incredible with them. I like the gold, too, but the silver is the bomb- I especially like the second one. Very nice

Beautiful pendants. But, I have to ask, don't you think the gold filled wire would had been deserving a better stone? The first two ones are full of rubys while the third one is mostly matrix.

Adrian, I hear ya, and I did consider that. When I chose the stone it had two rubies in it but they ground out in the shaping stage. The rubies were casualties of Billy helping me with that one, LOL. If you consider the stone by itself, not compared to the others, I do feel there is beauty in what is there.

Thanks Cathy. I may clean up the second one and simplify it like the first one. Hard to tell though, sometime the funkiest ones are the ones that are liked the most. Jo

I like the second one too. I wouldn't change it because it really works. That first one, though, has a really interesting off symmetry going on that is very captivating.
