Bill sent me a one of his ROCK’N HEARTS! I just received it today! This heart is ultra cool! The pictures will not convey how cool! I’m not sure how he does them. But he’s master on cheap tile saw! There is a glossy finish, the shape is whimsy and the cleavage is spot on and deep ! Plus the heft of this heart really carries the day! This is with the flash. It has lots pinkish reds in it but is predominantly purplish Thanks Bill ! It really helping make my week start off good! and thanks for looking and comments --all! Ed

Thanks for posting ed. Whimsy decription fits my hesrts to a tee. If the shape is not perfect I don't fret, they kinda round off with tumbling. They are more like folk art and not perfection like yours. You are the master. Thanks for your inspiration. As an aside I am shocked that it made it to you so quick, Sent from ohio as a regular 1st class postage on sat morning and got to your mailbox in phoenix by monday- amazing. Kudos to the post office on this one Bill

Ed, I did not slab the rock. Just about everything I have cut has been misc. slabs I got in a box from stoneviews (clint). I can finish these pretty quick if I start them in the vibe at 120/220 But I prefer to put them in my rotary for about two weeks with to round them off before putting them in the Lot-O (120/220). I try to cut 10- 15 of them and batch them together. Honestly I'm still experimenting and having some fun Bill

A heart was the first thing I carved from a rock when I got diamond tools for my dremel. The two I have done didn't look perfect, but they were hearts none the less.
