Howdy, lapidaries & luminaries! Fresh from our diggings out in the Panoche Hills, we present ... Jello Salad Jasper!!!(Cherry, of course! ;D )This is from a 7 pound boulder, we're getting these up to 500 lb! These yummies will be going out to happy RTH members this week, and there's tons more on our rock piles awaiting the saw! So, stay tuned, dear friends! The fun jasper slabs are just starting! Ciao! Ya know, when I saw this stuff in the Buy and Sell section, I asked the same question. Is this a name you made up for this material? Are you sure it doesn't already have a name?

Ya know, when I saw this stuff in the Buy and Sell section, I asked the same question. Is this a name you made up for this material? Are you sure it doesn't already have a name? Y'know, that's entirely possible. However, we started using the Panoche Hills "Jello Salad" name after a comment on a medium green jasper slab, peppered with tiny multicolored pebbles in delicate pastel shades. It looked like jello salad loaded with fruit cocktail! If anyone knows this by another name, please let us know. But, we'll still call it by our name ... Marketing, y'know? :cheesy: Best regards, Kris
