Kathy bought two large chickens......they were on sale, and told me to do something with them. so, after an over night brine soak in water, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic they went into the smoker foe four hours being brushed with a glaze made from the same ingredients as the brine except for the raw sugar part. Here is the results minus one half. Woody
