I posted a wire wrap, so one of two things are going on..... either I'm the only person out of 4,689 that is doing anything rock related, or I'm the only person with a working camera. The other 4,688 cameras are broken. lol

School is getting underway and people are getting ready for the seasonal change. Things will settle down here pretty quick and the grinding and wrappin will resume to a normal pace.
Also people are getting their voting hats on and hopfully gearing up to get that musilm traitor unseated.

I noticed the lack of participation, too, and not just here, but other forums as well. I think it very well may have something to do with being back to school time. My excuse is I have to share my computer now..... Jean

Well, for me down this end it has just been too crazy busy! Looking forward to some quiet time to do some grinding & wrapping!!! Got lots of plans just don't have a lot of time.

Busy with home/house stuff and been working on a BIG batch of preforms that were held up waiting for my refurbished arbor and new 8" wheels. when I am done cabbing pictures will be posted  |

Well as for me......I don't have any pics to post unless if you want to see a still pic of my tumbler in action. lol I do look forward to more creative things with rocks than just tumbling but it'll have to do for now. Besides I don't have many rocks to work with yet as a few years back when I moved I tossed almost all my collection and I don't know anywhere around here to search. However I did find a lapidary society one county over. They got connections. lol Tell ya what though. When I pull some rocks out Tuesday I'll post for ya. Maybe someone can help me identify. even if they are straight out of 60\90 |
