O Yeah Tim! Summer Almost Gone I was out early this morning grinding it was pleasant - started sweating around 11 but it doable and its only getting better and better  Yabba Daaabba DOOOO! |

My neighbor is a good dude
and has seen me out there for a few seasons grinding rocks
This particular Saturday morn
he was giving away a refrigerator
and group of folks showed up
That when he called me over
Selling that much was a stunner for me !
I hope it wasn't impulse buying ?
Anyway the bucks really help me out
its be an excessively expensive week
and the cool part is that my neighbor
knows these folks really well
so I told him that I'll be making a gift for the buyer in a few week
a rock'n rock bag and rock'n heart!

darn I'm not feeling so great this morning kind of a yabba dabba dud  so I think it best to take a day off from grinding besides the rock & mineral show in town and I'm stoked to go to that |

Hope you did okay, Ed. You guys sure have lots o' rock n' gem shows around there! ;D Of course, that sorta follows the "we have lots of rocks" phenomenon, don't it? :cheesy: Whatever.  I'm glad to report that, contrary to usual trends, I've been disgustingly healthy of late. My C-M-T (neurological syndrome) usually leaves me catching every bug, but I've missed all of the recent flu's 'round here (knocking on wooden head.) In fact, I've been so healthy that I'm even considering replacing the shift mechanism in my '72 VW Bus!  Hope you're feeling we'll again, Ed! Kris |

That's really fine slab (white] howlite, a big thick slab of clear corally stuff, the bottom chunk of yellow is magnetite, a chunk of petrified Nevada opalaize wood, some other mohave type stuff, obsidian, a few tumbles stones. But the prize is that lavendar chunk of opalized something or other? I see rock'n hearts. AND I just picked up big bucket of killer tumbled ready rock...mostly slabba dabba did!
