It seems like it's been a Hot and never-ending Summer! I've had lots going on in the past few months...just need to find the time to catch up. Went for a drive Sunday to check out the fall colors...bright and vivid! In fact...Utah got it's first touch of snow this morning. Up in the highest parts...but it was a dusting. Enjoy! I know I am enjoying the cooler temps.    steve |

Wow Steve,
I have been away from the forum for a week or so and what a great treat to see a post from you. I have, as I am sure others, missed you on the forum. I hope all is better for you and your family.

Thanks Stu! I honestly appreciate the Welcome Back. The prayers and thoughts of EVERYONE here definitely helped in some hard times. Bluesky...that's up in Cache Valley, Utah(Avon and Paradise area).

Mel...no idea what kind of trees they are  If they were rocks I'd be of a little more help. Thanks Curt! I missed my whole RTH Gang...it's great to be back! Riverrock...I went fly fishing once this year (what a shame!) Don't care for the snow and cold...too bad the 60's / 70's don't stay around too long. Amber...I was thrilled to see some of your cabs! You still can cab like a pro. It was very nice seeing you get on here as well...now just come back more often. I still remember one of Your's and Tony's first rock hunts that you posted. About how difficult it was climbing up the slick hills and such...I bet you could go hiking with me now..and probably hike all over me! steve |

Steve, I was wondering about you the other day. We drove to top of Pike's Peak Sunday. Between about 8000-10000 feet the aspens were bright yellow so I'm guessing your red leaves are not aspens. Snowing there today as well.

Steve, you were definitely missed. Assume things are better for you now.
Utah has some gorgeous scenery. I'll never forget our trip through the Grand Escalante Staircase --- and the white knuckles on some of the oncoming drivers! Beautiful! (Scenery, not the knuckles : ) )
