I finally slabbed the big ugly agate nodule I dug last month. Turns out the beauty was on the inside. This agate came from the slopes of Mount Rainer in Washington , and you can tell where I will be doing some more digging to find another. The Bruneau pattern was a total surprise. The lines are not saw marks, they are banding in the agate. Woody A wee bit closer

Very nice Woody! You sure find the good stuff. Is it rare to find Orbs like that in Tahoma Jasper? I'm positive with your digging instincts you'll find more. Steve

Awesome find! I keep seeing people's posts that "I found this by such-and-such river last week." Or "I just found this hiking the other day." Can't find anything good in New Jersey unless its at a mineral show!
