Yeah - I would pay the earth to the right people and also to get the right people - if I had it.

Mark, a 'base' salary isn't going to cost you the moon... and would increase your applicant pool. Further, they have to have a proven track record in sales... and preferably in the trucking/transportation industry familiar with dealing with the drivers.
Another potential sales target is food delivery trucks and beverages. Oil transportation, cement plants... those trucks are big, heavy and dangerous. And the trucks people want to drive into to commit suicide. You'd think cameras on those are de rigueur.
Anyone selling to the transportation industry would be a good bet.
An idea for cheap/free rep... uh... steal em from one of those already selling to the transportation industry:P. Call up a supplier for something that keep fleet accounts... something sold to all the trucks in a fleet of trucks... your industry, I don't know what they sell to truckers/trucks. Ask for a salesperson and see how good they are. Then... pitch em for a 2nd job and extra income... cough. No salary:P.

Im fairly confident over time that I can build enough online to eventually get some paid sales people. I HAVE to have ZERO outlay.

Good points all, Helen. Well, you hire how you'd like, but with commission only, the agent has no skin in the game. If they rep other lines, the best commission is the one they will focus their time on pursuing. solution: pay good commission rates! nothing changes here if you put them on staff. They still leave for more money, with your customer list and product vendors on staff or not. repping firms are what I had in mind. Not some random bloke with a Jetta. Or first on the list if commissions are highest. Helen, still you make terrific points. Ones I must keep in mind. Thank you.

You sound like you could be a good salesperson Helen. I sent you a PM, Mark:). I forwarded your link to my cousin in the UK, asked him if he would be interested in helping you or knows anyone who could. He's in London and is currently in sales for a large computer hardware company (not sure if it's engineering, design, parts or what... but when he was here last month, he was talking about them developing a computer that will fit onto molecules practically). Can he call you on the phone # on the website if he's interested?

Pat - THANKYOU!!!!
Can you expand a bit for me Pat on what you mean by "type" of site - I had a look around but could see any obvious categorization or anything along those lines there. Do you have a URL for me to look at? Cheers Mark

Negative ROI on Adwords Helen. $115 Spent - 200+ clicks UK Market only - 1 Sale. Not broke even on that run - exact match - highly relevant words bid for. Refining *may* earn me about £20 per month profit - not worth further effort.

restructuring your keywords? Check over your SEO again?
Better idea... hook up with Amazon for direct sales??

I cant re-do the keywords - its "dash cam", "dash camera", "car camera", "incar camera", "car cam" - thats pretty much as targetted as it gets.
RE the SEO - I target "car camera" as that has the highest volume UK side. I moved up 2 spots today after writing the reply to BAZ. The SEO is ongoing.............forever really.
