Yes, I know! We haven't even gotten over with Halloween yet ;D Thought I'd share what I'm making for Christmas Gifts this year for Family and Friends. Last years was Star Ornaments...remember? I included an ornament stand with it as well. So...I'm staying on the ornament theme and this year it's going to be angels. I started earlier and these are all currently tumbling and are surviving for the most part. I will assemble them all and back them up with 26ga. galvanized leaving a 1/4" border around the angel. At least that's what I'm thinking. I am going to be cutting a few more out soon...I better get cracking! Thanks. steve

Steve: Kathy says you are so amazing!, What a beautiful idea! How about a clear acrylic instead of the sheet metal? Last years star, backlit is awesome, and the angels would be better yet if they were backlit. I may have to steal this idea.....if the sisters see it for sure.

I love seeing things to make with rocks other than cabs. I love cabs and pendants from cabs, but not all of my friends do. These are great!

Thanks everyone! I can come up with ideas sometimes...but seeing them through to what I had envisioned is another thing. Woody...I hadn't thought about clear acrylic but I would agree...the backlit of Agates is something eveyrone enjoys, and I wouldn't want to hide that aspect. Maybe on the Jaspers I will do sheet metal...on the others a clear acrylic. Hobby Lobby here I come! steve
