Anyone have any luck? Its 4:15am and I did not see anything. I went and sat outside at the time they suggested as well, stars were clear, but no show. Maybe I was not patient enough.

I went outside to let my dog do its thing at about 1 am last night. Stayed out for a half hour or so. Nothing.
But I will say that the constalations stood out very good last night. There were hardly any stars out except to the east/southeast. It was pretty cool. They were really bright looking.

Well, I fell asleep early last nite, so didn't have a chance to look, will try to check tonite:).
Just took a quick look at the NASA feed, and someone said they could see it well over the skies in NM, if anyone in NM wants to look tonite.

We are going to try again tonight too I think.
I switched to the feed and saw a decent half dozen between 4:15 and 5:00.

Well now I don't feel so bad. My son and I backpacked in to an alpine lake near Mt St Helens Friday intending to see the the meteor shower when the cloud cover dropped, but the only thing the clouds dropped was gallons per minute so we waded through the creekbeds that had been dry on the way up and went home. I looked here in Arizona but I didn't see anything. Was mostly clear but a few clouds rolled in so I went back inside.

Much better night, saw an even dozen between 12:45 and 1:30.
Lee, that scenery is incredible, awesome pictures.

We're on an island off the coast of NC. Once the moon went down, visibility is great. Just saw lots of them one was real bright, fell a long way, and then broke up into two. Wow. Jo
