Been a rough two weeks for me and my brother. Our mom has been in ICU at the LaGrange GA hospital. She has serious kidney problems, some bleeding, some breathing, and does not communicate well. Just yesterday, she did begin to talk in phrases and short sentences which is a blessing. She has had some improvements but not like we would like. I reckon from where she was, she has came a long way according to the Doctors. Have not been on RTH but once in two weeks and have missed checking in. I enjoy reading everyone's messages !!! Keep us in prayer and hope ! At least Mom is not in critical ICU ! Take Care Everyone !

Returned from LaGrange last night. Has been a rough week again. Thank you all for your Prayers and thoughts !!!! Feel lost without checking in on RTH and have missed the posts !! Mom is doing much better ! Her kidneys are functioning much better with no dialysis required. Her blood level is stable, no internal bleeding, no oxygen required and is able to eat solid food. Hope she would just eat more at meal time. She was moved from ICU to the sixth floor yesterday afternoon. She has come a long long way with a few more issues to resolve. It was good to be home in my bed, with my pillow and my wife !! Again, Thanks Everyone for your Prayers and thoughts. Frankie

Mom is out of the hospital and into a nursing home and rehab center now. She is doing much better. Talking alot and a little "sassay" which is her nature. Solid food hurts her stomach when eating and that is to expected since she ate no solid food in over 3 weeks. Thanks to all of my Rock Tumbling Buds for their Prayers and concerns !!!!!! God hears Prayers !!!
