"Only the rabid 32% of Ozombies will even buy into this desperate last ditch attempt to make folks believe that Romney has any intention of messing with Roe v wade." Who needs Romney? Numerous states have been messin’ with it just fine without him. They’ll just be further emboldened with Romney/Ryan cover. Meanwhile, it’s fun watchin’ heads explode at the mere mention of welfare babies.

lol, As I said earlier, it has come to this. . . Democrats go all in for abortion rights "This was supposed to be an election in which the economy dominated the debate, social issues took a backseat and the culture wars were put on hold. Yet in the homestretch of the 2012 campaign, abortion politics is coloring races up and down the ticket." ..."The long-term implications of that shift worry some Democrats — who long shied away from being the party of “abortion on demand,” in the phrase of their GOP opponents, to avoid alienating voters who favor some restrictions or find it morally troubling. But with the White House and Senate hanging in the balance, Obama and the party have replaced that political caution with a new political calculus — that it’s the GOP that looks extreme and out of touch, particularly to women voters who will help decide the election." www.politico.com/news/stories/1012/82912.html?hp=t1Seems like the smell of fear is in the air. . .

Jim, I won't give you hell, you seem to know the path well enough. So, if I understand your point. . . We live in a country where abortion is legal. This means that we have the freedom to choose. You wish to take away our right to choose life? You say " THE PLANET CAN NOT SUPPORT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT ARE ALREADY HERE. THAT CHILD MAY STARVE TO DEATH BEFORE IT REACH ES OLD AGE" So, are you advocating mandatory abortions? Who gets to choose who is worthy of procreation? You say "every pro lifer should get raped, man or woman, then be given an unwanted child to raise PERIOD" Now that is looking for common ground. . . Sheesh. I am pro life, but do not wish to impose my views on others. Don't waste your time, Jim is obviously off his meds again. I hope he stays away from the cab competition thread this time. Lee

lee you are such a dick head. You do not have a clue. A friend that I invited to my house because he was having problems at home lied to me. NOBODY needs to lie to a friend because friends are there to help you through the truth. I would have stuck with that person and covered his back if he would not have lied to me. I was taught better than that. You got one side of the story and ran with it just like a lot of others. I had dropped it and was over it but said person had to try to rub it into my face which is not going to happen. Same with you and your one sided opinion. So go #### yourself ass hole. Jim

This was supposed to be an election in which the economy dominated the debate, social issues took a backseat and the culture wars were put on hold. Guess your merry band of RWNJs and fundies never got the message. They’ve invented so many kinds of rape in the last few months, it’s like the Fruit of the Month Club. Started with that box of lemons from Arizona Nevada, remember, and that crazy bitch with her lemonade. Tasted like Kool-Aide so nobody bought it. Big hit the next month, though, when that box of Inevitable Rape showed up and there was nothing to swallow - just relax and enjoy it. And no leftovers. Roger “some girls rape easy” Rivard snapped ‘em all up, mumblin’ somethin’ about a Christmas grab bag down at the shelter. .

Okay, I'm tiptoeing into the fray on one point. I also used to say "you can't legislate morality", but as was pointed out to me, I was wrong. We pass laws (legislate) all the time on what constitutes moral behavior. Murder is illegal. Bigamy is illegal. Adultery is illegal in about half of the states. Rape is illegal. Etc., etc., etc.
Obviously, some people are still going to act immorally, but at least they have the potential to be punished for it.

No record? You're joking? Obama's got more done in 1 term so far than ANY President before him. And now you're just being funny, because I know you saw the list of well over 100 MAJOR accomplishments in his Admin (noting that his reorganization of FEMA didn't even make the list since the list was so gigantic). Here's a teensy fraction:
