Last summer I picked up a partial nodule of Brazilian Agate at the Madras show. It was about 1/4 of the complete nodule that had split apart a zillion years ago. It had some interesting colors showing on the outside but as I was slabbing on it (I only got about 3 complete slabs) I came across this last cut just before the partial end slab. This side was interesting but not much to brag about. But...... This side of the slab was a bit better...... Bob i151.photobucket.com/albums/s160/Rocksbob/New%20Photos/BrazilianEndCut2.jpg[/IMG

Very attractive Brazilian! End cuts are often the most interesting cuts, aren't they?

What a difference between the two faces! Believe it or not, I still like the first one the most.
