Finished up these 12, cut from my darkest chunk of aurora borealis. I've never cut a piece this dark.

Thanks! Jim, I just do them on my flat lap. But the secret is after the 14000 grit I hit them with zam hot and dry. This stuff loooves heat. I keep my index finger on the stone and run it until its almost too hot to touch. Then I give it a final buff on felt. I learned this from the former owner of the gold claim where this stuff is found.
