This is a large free-formed pendant (50x30) wrapped in copper. I believe this is Biggs jasper. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks for looking. Kevin

Great looking wrap. The stone is fantastic. Love the copper wrapping...

Nice wrap! It could be Biggs, but it has more of a Royal Sahara jasp look to me. Regardless, you've done it proud.

I hadn't considered RSJ, but I'm trying to learn. What about it say RSJ?

I'd say RSJ. The large brown sections and the way that the smaller lines are almost like clam shells plus the colors are what says that to me. Also, the little white spots on the stone I've encountered with RSJ. Biggs has a much different look to it and gets a much harder shine to it. It's difficult to photograph because of that shine. I've never encountered anything else quite like it. Great piece! I love what you did with the wrap and how it mirrors what's happening with the stone!!!!

Thanks. I think I learned something. I was wondering about those specs and was contemplating throwing it back a step in the polish. The specs are only visible in certain light so I decided to go ahead and wrap.
