Haven't a clue of what the slabs are called, Donnie, but they are very nice. The first one has a lot goin' on in it. Maybe it's some kind of fossilized material?

Donnie,
Sorry to go off-topic a little, but what photo program are you using? I can't use photobucket any more (for whatever reason) and am looking for a new program. The first slab looks a little like wood to me and I have one similar to the second one and am also trying to ID it.

I also was thinking Gary Green on the first. I've seen the 2nd while riffling through slabs at shows. I'm thinking it is close to some of the "ledge jasper" I've seen and also some southwest Oregon material.
