10 new collaborative efforts. Amethyst with cocaxinite. Brazilian. This one sat in my to do pile for years. Needed some CA glue fill. Cobalite. This comes from a silver mine in Quebec Canada. Very heavy since its mostly metal. Dechuttes. Tiny emerald. Fire agate. Another fire agate. Photo doesn't capture the color. Gem silica (supposedly). This one seemed pretty soft for that material. Holly blue. The color is much better in person. Little piece of hypersinth.

Amethyst with cocaxinite. A favorite since I first met up with the material. You have shown some stones I've never heard of. Thanks for the show!

I love the Deshutes, and the heavy metal and Brazilian. I want very much more to love the fire agates, but I can't see them...too shiny. Can you get them dulled up some, or get out in the sun with them? Or out of the sun, lol, whatever is making them reflect? Could be Amber was in the room, and her bright aura confused the camera T

Love 'em all!!
I almost always take photos of my cabs in sunlight. I do not take good photographs using lights.

These photos were taken outside but in a photo tent. If I try to take a photo without that I get a huge reflection from the sky. Photographing cabs drives me to drinking, I can never get decent pics. The fire agates are much nicer in person.
