Thanks guys......we have a family gift exchange each Christmas......the adults draw one name and buy one gift...the kids get gifts from all the adults....wife's niece got a wrap and so did her mother.....apparently the wraps were a hit ( the extended family did not know I was doing cabs and wraps...this is a hobby I took up since the previous Christmas) I got the notion that wife's aunt felt left out so I made her this wrap and surprised her a few days after Christmas.....she was tickled pink ! (looked a little like rose quartz !).......yes the lapis is quite nice.....I find that sometimes to appreciate how nice a piece is that I have done I have to step away from it for a bit and then approach it like it was someone else's.....When I look at work that I have done the mistakes I see seem to eclipse the beauty of the work.
