I've been away from the board for awhile but I stop by off and on to check out what people are doing. So, I figured y'all might like to see what I've been up to lately as well. I'm still a novice when it comes to silver work, learning new techniques everyday and it's great to be able to set the stones I cut. Here's a couple of pendants that were commissioned for Christmas presents. Black Plume - Bouquet agate from West Texas Green Moss agate Hope you enjoy! Dan

You are not a beginner any more! Like the entire pieces, especially the bails.

Thanks for the comments folks. The more I learn about silver smithing, the more I realize I don't know. both nice. I think the overall balance of the green moss is really superb I agree Daniel.... The green moss one was made after the black plume so I learned a few lessons. Each one I do is a little better than the last. The bail on the green moss pendant was hand wrought on an anvil. I don't have a press yet so I have to smelt some scrap into a nugget and beat it into shape.... Thanks again all. Dan
