I'm really liking amethyst lately. It lends itself nicely to the groove-wrap method of wire wrapping. These are all wrapped in round 14K gold with half-round 14K gold bindings. These stones are all classified as "cab grade" because they have some inclusions (veils or ghosts) in them. You don't see the inclusions unless you have them under strong light, as shown here, or look at the light through them. With February almost here and amethyst being the birth stone for that month, I will try to find somebody to give these to. I've got a lot of relatives with February birthdays. I'm not that much of an amethyst fan, but cabs like that could easily change my mind! Really nice, all three of them!

Thanks for the kind comments. I'm having lots of fun with these, and with the price of GF wire these days, these are a little more affordable to do than the conventional style/type wraps.
