glad you liked that one James. I will quit complaining about my grit usage and long clean out times each week now that I seen that thing. I am going to keep watching the ebay listing just to see if someone actually buys it.

The cost of those 40 pound barrels kept me from building a big tumbler for many years. That machine was a lot of$$$.Please post final sale price.

Local pickup only will likely kill that sale, although shipping would probably cost almost as much as the tumbler, If they would ship. I really like the clean out tray too. That would be fun to play with..............Tony

Quite a machine, someone must have made a real good deal on pillow blocks. James said "full time job", indeed. How would a person have time to hunt the mtl. to keep it running? Larry

I think Larry is king tumbler around here.Check his monster out.It takes a lot of work to supply rocks to the dang things. The grit costs, but rock labor whips me .Good point Mr Larry about supplying rock;road trips to get more rock-the only solution!

one of the members here is going to his place to pick up a saw in a few weeks so he might get to see it in person. I have bought about 20 pounds of agates from the seller in the past.
I think tony has plenty of rock to feed this thing, he can just back his trailer full of rocks right up to the machine and load them right in.

There is a small factory near here that has large tumblers-about 30 inches in diameter and about 36 inch long drums.Father and son team. They extrude pencil eraser in long strands, cut it to length, and then tumble it.Light duty drums.I buy scrap iron from their large collection of industrial skeletons and materials.

I think one of those 40 pound drums costs that much.I have anticipated the sale.I am thankful that another poor soul will keep that full of rock and updated grit.Mercy
