Hi everyone,
My name is Tom and I live in Saskatchewan. Started to tumble about 8 months ago and more or less got hooked. Now I have a cab king and an LS12 slab saw. I am starting to too get "not bad" at cabbing but I know I have along way to go.
Been lurking the site for a week or so and everyone seems awesome so I thought I would say hi. I will post some images in a few days.
This brings me full circle from when I collected rocks when I was I little guy, still have a lot of that old collection. That was many years ago:)
Nice to be here,
Tom

They live in a rural area around Lexinton and yes made a 100 several times:) The second time we were there in August its was some kind of heat wave record. Cheap cold beers helped!

Greetings from Florida!! Welcome to the Asylum, Here you will find therapy to help you deal with the addiction to rock, that we all face ourselves. BUT THERE IS NO CURE, THANK GOD FOR THAT !!!!! I would invite you to pray at our altar, but someone, tore it down to tumble and make jewelry out of... not mentioning any names, you know who you are!!!! Soon your head will lower itself whenever you are out walking and you will tell people that you make big rocks into little rocks and they will wonder when you got out of jail or some such nonsense..... But you will never get away !!!!! Muah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha So, anyways, have fun, post lots of pics, join the discussions... and have fun!! Thanx for joining, see ya round !!

Hello jawboney, Jim & Diane here, we are from Nipawin so not to far from you. We are also new to the rock hounding but love to get collecting more than anything. Done quite a bit of tumbling and now have purchased a slab saw and cabbing machine so will give that a try.We spend winters in Arizona and usually take a few lbs of rocks home with us. Lots of good info on this site.

Hi from the O.C. in CA. This is a great place to learn, meet some really nice people and find out that there are others that adore rocks in more ways than one. Welcome
