Be thankful you got such nice rocks.That river sure did wash everything off.Diverse and purdy scenery.Time to open a rock shop!

Just love going with you on these river trips. We need to get down there and do this too. Our rock trip this weekend had a wee bit more water than yours....the water table was down all of two inches. Probed up a nice piece of petwood at three feet. Only 34 inches of water in the hole once I dug down to it, and noway as colourful as your finds. Woody

Thanks everyone! I love spending time walking this river, and finding nice rocks is just icing on the cake. We're loaded up to hit an AZ lake this weekend for fishing and hounding.. hope to have a trip report in a couple daze ;D
