I only see an x. That sucks. I live really close to a subdivision lake, about 100 yards, and my brother lives on the lake and has a cove in his back yard. A few times a year, I poke holes in Alpo wet dog food, tie them off with thin rope and throw them in the lake . And the next day you can throw handfulls of cheap dog food off the dock and the catfish come to the top and fight for the dog food that floats. They hit it right when it hits the water. Its pretty cool to watch. Looks like every catfish in the lake migrate to the cove when they get a wiff of that Alpo. It really draws them in. My dog goes crazy when the catfish come to the top. She dives right in and tries to catch them.

I caught Doris on a 7 inch plastic worm 2 years ago in my neighbor's lake.I transferred him to my pond but left her on the hook till i could bring the scales to weigh her.She weighed 10 pounds 1 once.I caught a 9 pound 15 once the next week, probably a sibling.Doris ate a bluegill on that feeding. She has eaten 24 inch snakes, field rats,3/4 pound bass, huge bull frogs, bream, small turtle 3-4 inches accross. My neighbors geese babies get eaten as soon as they leave the nest.I have fshed in that lake about 12 times.Killer bass fishing.

Two 10 pound bass in a weeks time beef.My friends would have had a stroke. Most have not caught an 6 pounder.I have a little lot on Lake Rodman in central Florida, very remote place.Rodman is like no other lake in that it is dammed.About 16 miles of real crazy habitat.#2 bass producer in Florida(or tied w/stick marsh).Theuy left the stumps and tree in it.A real boat eater. The ancient cypress logs have been floating up for years. It is fed by Silver Springs(biggest in world so they say 800,000 gallons a day). They lower the lake in winter to kill hydrilla exposing artifacts in the whitest sand bottom. When the lake is full, the NE wind blows all the floating ancient logs to the south shore.I sell the wood,it is unreal looking.Well, the water is crystal clear and averages about 15 feet deep. The floating log pile is a floating ceiling death trap. The birds that feed off the bugs around the logs are easy targets for the gators laying in wait on the bottom. It is not the best place to snorkel under. Scott would be in duck heaven. And he can log walk if he feels so inclined. But a leg stuck thru the ceiling of floating logs could result in the gator photo above.I have things for you to do when you visit Scott.I will take care of you.Do you have life insurance and a wife?

That duck swallower IS Doris! I want you to train her to stop! lol
Most people would KILL to catch and release a 10# largemouth, but Noooooo, you have to have one as a pet! You are a star my friend. A shining star!
My fambly & I are sorting a vacation for this summer. I have plenty of life insurance and wifey gets the proceeds! But you ain't gonna kill me. Who would be left to give you a pile o' sh\t!!

She will attack about anything,so i am careful what i give to her.She will eat fat water snakes two feet long easily.three footer bit her on her eye area and she let go.A pretty big bream is no problem, she will wait till it hits the water and swim ahead of it to swallow it head first so the fins do not hinder swallowing process. She is shy to come close to the edge if strangers call her.She will follow me around the pond when i am on an ATV.That fish is not correct.
