I've been lurking for roaming wire, decided to post some pieces here. Since I'm still having trouble posting pictures I'm going to cheat and try to post a collage of some recent fossil wraps-including one of the cabs from roaming wire III Okay, that failed, so I'm having to post a link www.flickr.com/photos/magpiesmiscellany/8518680471/in/photostreamI'd be really grateful for any posting tips. Krista gave me instructions but my laptop won't let me open images in another tab (!) and photobucket changed setups (again) since the first lovely detailed explanation and I can't get it to work :help:

you can put "img" tags around any URL for an image it is nice when photobucket does it for you, but as long as you can find the URL you can post images. hit QUOTE to see the tags

Those are cool. I'm with the others on the ammonites, really unique wraps and they do look alive.

That is whimsical stuff to me too.Your style is a way i want to travel towards.Tempting to copy you.And fossils mixed with your style are going to win a lot of people over. Some of the most enticing jewels i have ever seen. The flicker thumbnail page is perfect. That's what i do.Flicker rocks anyway.Easy to use and fast.Just the thumbnails allows you to pick and choose easily.I think it is the best photo site and so do a lot of others that know what they are doing!

You can double click on a flicker picture, then it will present you choices for the size(800-1024) works best for this forum. After you choose size, double click again to get http, highlite and paste to forum's .800 covers 75% and 1024 covers 100% of screen.May have to size to 800,the double again to get the 1024 option. The 1024 option is like a microscope.Flicker sizing allows you to preview photo size before posting so that you will know in advance what viewers will see. 1024 or 1200 is 100 % screen size-i can't remember...Your pics max out at 1024,so that is as big a file as you can use.Nice size for this forum.
