Hello everyone, Here goes my first post on RTH.
I have been reading and drooling over the many posts on the site and am trying to get my wheels spinning in the hobby.
I have acquired 2 Lortone 3b tumblers last summer and have polished every driveway rock I could stuff in them.
This past Christmas I tried my hand at wrapping a few for gifts.....they were well received. I will post some of those later.....
I am wanting to try my hand in hunting for material myself....and not in my driveway. ;D So I am wondering if you guys could recommend any field guides or good books to help me locate and identify materials.
I am in British Columbia, Canada, so books on Arizona wont help me much... I wish I could dig around there but....
