I did a 28 piece cab and wrap custom order and have done other custom orders for large amount of cabs to be wrapped and the customer bought the wire for that job - was around 500 wraps done in batches of 100. That was a commission I did at an amount I would not even consider today

I have an etsy shop, and was contacted by a shop in IL if I would wholesale. Since so many of my things are one of a kind, I told him if he was willing to buy $250 of items from my Etsy shop, I would give him wholesale pricing. He actually purchased over $500, before his discount coupon for wholesale (50%)

I was happy because I can make what I want to, and don't have to fuss about line item sheets (?) or doing the same thing over and over with, and can 'follow my muse' and he can pick and choose.

I don't know if he'll order again, but I was happy to sell, and the added bonus is that they would promote me on their Fb site (over 17K followers!) and have the same price point as I have in my shop, so that may send more sales my way.

rocknrob: There was a shop in Portland, don't know if it's still there called Kenny and Zukes who made the absolute best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had. The problem is every restaurant thinks their sandwich is worth $20 now and seldom makes the grade. Nov 12, 2024 9:53:31 GMT -5
