Hi All, I'm looking for someone who wirewraps that wants to do some wrapping for trade.... I have about 30 of the cabs like in the attached pic, and would trade some of them for having the rest wirewrapped. I tried, but my arthritic fingers say no way.... That and while I have the patience to make cabs, wirewrapping has me stymied. So, if anyone is interested, please respond in this thread, and if I may be so bold, please include a pic of the style of wrap you will do. I don't want anything super embellished, more along the kiss lines, plus maybe a little better.... Thanks! Phil Oh... the purple one is just for show, the ones I want wrapped are the pretty travertine ones. TA, Phil Attachments:

What are you wanting them wrapped in? Of the 30 cabs how many are being wrapped and how many does the wrapper get to keep?
Usually my trade rate (unless it's very valuable material) is about 4-5 cabs per wrap. I would much rather be paid though at this moment (too many cabs not enough wire situation). I think the info and answers will get you more inquiries though.

Thanks Krista. I left that open so whomever wanted to do this and I could come up with the numbers. I don't need them done in silver, cheap nickle silver is best as I'm giving the finished product away. So 4 - 5 cabs per wrap for nickle silver may be a bit high??? Dunno, you guys have to tell me. I was thinking more along the 2/3 - 1/3 split. Send 20 back done in a simple nickle silver wrap, keep 10 to do with as you wish. At 4 - 5, I'd have to trade 100 cabs for 20 finished.... That seems just a bit unfair for me. Like I said, I have no idea what is fair, I'm open to discussion and hoping the group will tell me what's best. Is a 50/50 split best? 60/40? I could always make more cabs up if I need. Hopefully more folks will speak up and we'll get 'er done! Thanks, Phil

Hey Phil,
If you want to throw a pair in the box you have packed for us, Chloey said she would wrap them for free, the least we can do for all the help your giving us with the facet machine.

Hey Phil, No you're much closer to the right if you want nickle silver, that's my going rate for Argentium Usual also when I'm wrapping one or two cabs, not usually mass orders. Good luck! Diane's a great wrapper Krista
