Oh. I thought you were looking for tumbling rough. Golf ball to tennis ball sized Lakers for a collection is a broad definition -- depends on what you mean by collection. This vendor has a pretty nice selection of the kind of agates collectors of Lakers look for. They are expensive, but they are better agates than most of the stuff on eBay. www.agatenodule.com/index.htmYou can find better prices at a show, but it's not like a miner bringing a pick-up load of fine jasper to Quartzite. There is no place I know of where you're going to find a great deal on good Lakers. There are lots of places that sell Lakers for ten times their value however.

I purchased a couple of fairly priced slabs from him at the Celebration of Agates Show our club sponsored this past summer. He's almost a neighbor, less than 3 milers away, but I never met him before the show. Seemed like a nice guy and he had quality stuff.

If I come across any that are similar to what he has and you want I will send you some pics and you tell me if its good for you. ok? most of what I have is smaller but I do have some larger too.. and lots of pet wood which I am only now just starting to slab some of for my cabbing classes. so If you are looking for any of that let me know what you are looking for and if I have it will send you pics. PEACE !!
