Do you use twisted wire or do you twist it?

I am kind of new at wire wrapping so forgive me for asking a dumb question. How did you twist the wire? I love the effect. I love the way it twists, takes a break where it is bent, and twists some more.

To twist the wire I use a small pin vise and my flat nose wire wrapping pliers and twist the lengths I am using in the bundle. I use 2 twisted in a six wire bundle and they stack like this F= not twisted and T=twisted - FFTFTF - the two flats are the back of the bundle of which the very back one becomes the back retaining and bail wire. The above wrap is a 4 wire bundle with only one twisted for the stack up FFTF
that is the way I wrap thin cabs use the 6 wire for thick cabs

Beautiful cab and I do love the addition of the twisted wire.
