Pics kind of blurry but it might be a piece of a geode. Most midwestern states have sedimentary geodes often filled with white calcite or quartz. They often form in cavities in limestone left by corals or crinoid heads so can appear dimpled on the outside. I've not hunted Kansas but they are fairly common in parts of Oklahoma. Used to find them in my grampa's driveway gravel....Mel
