NOPE!!! TriTip 6 hours at 200-225 over applewood. Rest for 30 minutes, slice and devour with good friends, chips, salsa and Mexican Queso Fresco. Summer is here! BBQ season starts today!!

Can not go wrong w/fruit wood.Wild cherry is a common tree ave 16 inches up to 30 inches.Great smoking wood.Great lookin grill. PARTY!!!!!!!!!

Man, Texicans can eat! We went through like a dozen crockpots of chili, 15 pans of cornbread and a huge number of deserts. We have several competitive bakers here at the ranch so the desserts are really fancy. There was everything from glutin free brownies made with pecans from right here on the ranch to strawberry rhubarb cobbler, banana cream pie, Boston cream pie, coconut cake, pecan/cocunut pie and many other pies and cookies. Had like fifty folks come and noting left but some coconut cake....Mel

That looks good! It got cold up here again, but I'm sure that it will warm up soon again. BB-Q weather is around the corner. (I hope)
