I got lucky and was able to grab up some equipment from a very nice woman that said she had purchased all the stuff (used) 20 years ago and had never gotten around to using any of it so its just been sitting in her barn. her pictures on craigslist were very vague and she really did not describe things well as she really didn't know what the stuff was. She had the saw listed as "rock cutter". It just so happened we were doing a rock tumbling demonstration for our club the next day and I sold the tumbler to a member of the club for $40 so I only had that for one day and didn't even clean it up. My goal now is to sell the grinder locally due to the weight and size. If I end up getting at least $125 for it then that will make my saw FREE and even pays for my gas to go get the stuff. home made 3 barrel tumbler Star Diamond GP-8 (8") grinder with a new 100 grit wheel and new 220 grit wheel. I thought about refurbing and painting it but when I cleaned it up there was no rust in the pans just rock muck so I am leaving it as is. Here's the saw before I cleaned it up. The serial number says 168 so I dont know if that means the 168th one made? And this is after a bath and an SOS pad on all the bare aluminum parts. thanks for looking Chuck

I have the very same saw, incl. auto feed. I don't have the slab catcher, though. You'll really enjoy that saw! Let me know if you have any questions about it.
FYI: You can use it as a trim saw by taking out the thumb screw and flipping the vise out of the way.
