I thought Johnson Bros was doing that too. Don't know for sure about the hard wheels but they were definitely advertising it for the Nova wheels in Q-site in 2012.

Quick update. Talked to Kurt today. He's 92, going to be 93 next week, and sold the procedure and all his supplies to the Johnson brothers along with a non-complete agreement. So, Happy birthday, but that's it for amber werx. I told him I was unhappy with the last batch that Johnson Bros did for us, and that I was going to do my own if he was oob. We discussed lightly the process, and my procedure (the one posted here with one additional step of my own) is virtually the same as what he did for over 30 years. Otherwise, the only difference as which epoxy he uses and which we use. Oh.... he used the same procedure for both hard and soft wheels. So, looks like we're on target with the procedure we all, use! Yea!
