Was able to cab, slab and even had a tumble batch finish up this weekend. Lots of rock activity. pudding stone (this was a great one, just posted a cab from it in the cabbing section) unakite petoskey stone unknown need I.D. thanks for looking Chuck

I'm not sure if that rock is unakite, or just epidote. I just pick up all the green ones and throw them in a bucket labeled, "unakite". It looks pretty cool either way.
That last rock looks like the kind of stuff we find in the mine tailing piles in the Keweenaw Peninsula. If it's that, it might be basalt with epidote.

I love the patterns on the Petosky stone, that stuff will polish up like new glass and works very easy
