Point of clarification, my 30 round magazines are standard capacity magazines. "high capacity magazines" is another example of media and gun control spin and we shouldn't adopt their deliberately deceptive language.

Yup, whatever comes "standard " with the firearm is the standard capacity mag. After market high cap mags like drums etc are correctly labeled High capacity. But then, the goal of the anti gunners is to take away all guns, even if they have to chip away at them a little bit at a time. The high cap argument just like gun registration etc, is just a back door way to eventually grab all guns. Look at the Brits and the Aussies. They didn't have their gun rights protected by a constitution and look where are they now. Gun crime is about the same because crooks don't turn in guns but property crimes, crime against seniors, assaults, muggings with knives etc are pretty much all up. What gun grabbers don't get is the main purpose of a defensive firearm is equalization of force. Little gal or an oldie against a 230 breakin artist, no contest. Give the oldie or the little gal a gun, oops suddenly the balance of force is a bit more even. Like the old saying goes, "God made men. Sam Colt made men equal"....Mel

Wouldn't you know the criminal idiot Holder has declared our new gun law in KS unconstitutional. Nevermind him and Obama were the ones that armed the mexican rebels. I am convinced some really bad things are coming that require them to have the guns.

IMHO, Holder is a one of the greatest threats our country faces. He plainly does not like the Constitution and one wonders, from his actions, just who the heck's side he's on. He just kind of arbitrarily does what he feels like whether it's in the best interest of American citizens or actual law or not. If he doesn't like a law, he refuses to enforce it. If there is no rule of law to re-enforce his viewpoint, he makes a new rule up. If he refuses to follow the rule of law or the Constitution, IMO he's violating the law and derelict in his duty. He really needs to have his arse fired SAP.....Mel

Shucks mine just came with 10 rd standard (SU-16) Thank goodness the 30 rd fits just fine. Eric Holder / Rahm Emanuel not much difference to me.

The title of the video was more accurate, "why do you need full capacity magazines". The video did not even consider the fact that a trained police officer with high scores shooting paper targets will often hit his target less than half the time in a high stress confrontation. How much more so for the average family guy who has maybe taken a couple classes and practices with his firearm half a dozen times a year? Do the fools in DC think we could just as easily shoot the pistol out of their hands cause they saw it on TV once?

Have three thugs break into your house and see how fast 30 rounds disappear before you even know your finger is on the trigger.

I'm lucky, I get to practice often. No sharpshooter but I could easily take on a couple robbers with my 10 rounds and lever action no problem. Of course ill be grabbing the glock that's bedside lol. Just for the record I hate glocks. But they do the job.

Our new gun law in Kansas isn't going over so well: libertyfirewall.com/2013/05/05/kansas-federal-agents-may-be-shot/I love the federal agents may be shot part. I don't know about the rest of kansas but we are loaded up out here where I live not uncommon for one household to have 10+ guns. I'm not putting up with an BS from the federal level and that's all there is to it.
