Awesome! I remember checking out the link that you sent me, really cool place. Great to hear that you're having a good time over there, I always enjoyed visiting foreign countries. If you do a Google search for Bourton on the water and click on "Images", lots of amazing pics.

it's a slate roof, Adrian, best we could tell, the building was circa 1650 AD. my husband (over 6 foot tall) spent most of this holiday in a crouch position as the doorways and ceiling beams were quite low. even I had to duck through a few and i'm 5' 2"!! ok, i don't know what that means in meters......
but we had a fantastic time there. even had lunch with our nephew (the Geologist!) and got to scope out his rock collection.
