All,
I am wanting to do a 3lb tumble of Beryl. I've been to my usual source of rocks but they haven't got any - except for in little clear plastic boxes in tiny quantities.
Can anyone supply me with some of this? I can pay for shipping, packaging etc no probs with a US dollar cheque - Paypal - Credit card or whatever no probs.
I figured if I cant find some here - where can I ?
Cheers all Andy.

It is advertised at most places for around $4.00 a carat. Sounds pretty steep for tumbling. It's used for faceting most of the time, from what I uderstand. Maybe I'll get lucky and find some one of these days?

Andy, good luck tumbling beryl. It looks beautiful when tumbled. As you are probably familiar, emerald, aquamarine, white beryl are the same family. Thaigem.com is a good source for lots of rough. It is gem quality for the most part. Good luck.
