I have an opportunity to buy a 24" Frantom saw, but it is missing the entire drive clamping assembly that locks the split bronze bushing onto the feed screw. If the saw was an old Highland Park, I would buy it as I know parts from the new imported HP saws will work on the old ones. But Frantom? Anyone know if anyone is fabricating parts for them?

you can get split-nut on clamps (look like battery cable clamp) this type is fairly universal.

HP took castings of a couple different sizes of Frantom saws so they will probably be making the new parts pretty soon.

The guy that bought my HP24 told me he ordered vise parts for his Frantom 18" from John Rowland at HP Lapidary.
