Been running a Lortone 33B for about a month now. Today started hearing a Clunking sound out of the motor area. Not sure it is the motor as with the cover off it sounds like it is coming out of the drive wheel area. Any ideas what it might be an how to stop it? Applied WD40 in the movement areas but it still is clunking..Any thoughts or help would be greatly welcomed. Mike

I run mine with the top cover off, Check the belt for wear, Take it off and rotate the shafts and see how they feel, Check the grooves in both pulleys, Run the motor without the belt, Does it sound OK? Check your rocks, and make sure there not all clumped up, If the slurry is too thick, add water. They wont tumble right and it will make clunking sounds, Good luck Dave

I would take it apart, clean it up, oil it and run it without the barrels and listen for the clunk.
