Very nice specimen of Galena. The red crystals are probably Sphalerite.

Thanks that was my first thought, except lead isn't shiny but after looking on web I see that Cubic galena is shiny. Cool, it was in a box setting in a shed for years. I put it with his other nice pieces on display.

Lead may not be shiny, but Galena is a lead and sulpher mixed (lead sulphide?)

I have a tiny Galena with Sphalerite crystals too and they are just like yours
