Hey folks! I was invited along with several folks today to check out an estate sale way out in the east valley. I lost track of how many times I said and heard the word 'overwhelming' as this was generations of accumulation. A big thanks to Tim for inviting me along. Here's the one cell phone shot I took of a small section of the lot that's pet wood for as far as the eye can see
Had a great day digging through crates and flats and piles, squishing scorpions and squirting off years of dust. I barely scratched the surface there and was amazed at what I found!
After taking pics I realized I need to break this into 3 parts so here we go with part 1. Here's what $175 bought me.. 2 buckets, a crate, a box and a little tub
First tailgate full, some rough and lots of slabs
Cool glass
Found slabs of the worm track Tim and I busted our asses on yesterday.. go figure
neat gel purple stuff from the bottom right of the pic above
