My neice is here with Gram and Gramps in Illinois for the summer. She has recently made it know that she's interested in rocks and the like. Lucky for her she lives near Laurel, Montana. I'm guessing there are a ton of places around that area she can hunt. I think she lives on a reservation near there but don't know exactly for sure. I can find out more soon. We are going to go through my piles and boxes so she can get a feel for what rough looks like and then work on the machines when I get them unpacked from our move.
Can anyone tell me what that area is like and will she be able to find some materials to work with ? Maybe even send some stuff to Good 'ole Uncle Chris too !
