I just got this cab in the mail. I have have never had a Polish Flint, but I saw this and had to have it. It's either "The Road Less Traveled" or, "Lost Highway". I guess, it will depend on my mood. I love this stone. I wish I could claim credit for cutting it.

You seriously gotta get some of this material and play with it, Tela! You will LOVE it!!!!! Easy work up and incredible depth! Serious fun!!!! Love the wrap and how the bail just echoes the lines in the stone!!! Great piece!!! Cathy

Crap, I did a search on Ebay for some polish flint just now, nothing worth getting. There was some killer chunks (big ones) a while back but I let'm go

The stone is great, but the wrap is WONDERFUL! The wrap makes the whole piece.

Gorgeous!! Polish flint doesn't get enough credit, and you certainly did it justice!

Tela, that is incredible. The open wires on the bail compliment the pattern in the stone perfectly. Talkingstones is right--it is *really* fun stuff to work with. I've packed up my slabs, but I have a preform or two I can spare if you like.

Wow! Thanks everyone. I knew that I loved this stone- it's nice to know others see a fabulous picture, too. :)Some rocks just seem to wrap themselves. Susan, you are, as always, too kind. I'll pm you.

I saw sand dunes too Donnie. Beautiful wrap job on a gorgeous cab Tela. I love how you complimented the stone with the wire. Simple and elegant.

Yeah, whoever laid that out and cut it did a great job. And you finished it great too.
